brentus · 1 year agoI know why they're jacking the price up initially: because when the brilliant next tenants claim they're being scared away by Heath's "ghost", the landlord will 'graciously' agree to lower the rental price to keep the tenants from blabbing about a "ghost" and they'll 'lower' the price back to what Heath was paying for it and not lose a penny.
